Well, what can I say? It's a little heavy for a hunting rifle and the caliber isn't exactly a varmint caliber. Weighs close to a Remington Sendero. The Sendero weighs 9 lbs., this rifle weighs 10 lbs. without the scope and bipod. The gun lays out and balances real nice. The grip has the thumbhole and also a thumb rest so you can shoot either way. It also has a nice high cheek rest that is real comfortable when you lay your head down on the stock.

Range: 100 yards Bag Rest 3 Shot Group = .367" center to center.

Ammunition: Federal Gold Medal .300 W.M. 190gr. BTHP

These are the first rounds fired through the barrel to establish the accuracy potential of the gun using factory ammunition as a standard. I feel that with a proper break in period and good handloads the gun is capable of shooting better groups than this. TH.
